Once we get at least 75 houses in the area to sign up, I plan to host an informal block party in the cul-de-sac at the end of Richmarr Pl. (my street). I will have some drinks and snacky items, and for anyone who is excited about the establishment of our Bee Safe Neighborhood can plan to be here at a certain time for a group neighborhood photo! It will be a great time to meet your neighbors around the community who share a common interest in bees and nature.
There will also be some games and activities for kids.
More details to come, but it will definitely be some time in 2015. Hopefully we have all of the houses we need to have signed up by Spring time so we can have our party when the weather is beautiful!
